I got this to use in bed but figured it wasn't much more convenient than my touch-to-turn-off lamp. I realized that it was what I had been looking for to read books in the car at night and now it goes into my purse inside of a book like it's a bookmark. So far it has been very easy to use and I like the different warmth and brightness settings. Seems to be high quality and last a long time but I could see it being annoying if the glass got very scratched up. So far it has really helped me be my best passenger princess self and read without disturbing the driver.
This flat reading light is awesome. Perfect for reading in bed at night. It has 3 different light tones to choose from. It has a built in timer. Only one con: try not to touch the clear piece itself, it shows fingerprints way too clearly.
Works even better than I thought it would -- the battery lasts far longer than I thought it would (I'm OCD about trying to keep my devices charged... so I couldn't bear the thought of going longer than a week). It picks up finger prints and those 'shine through' if you don't keep it wiped down -- but it's got plenty of light for any reading task. My kids were super fascinated by it as well -- so if yours wanders off, and you've got little ones... don't be surprised to see them develop a taste for late-night literary adventures!
We LOVE this book light! My little reader uses it every night to not disturb her little sister. Super easy to adjust the brightness and even the tone of the light. Sturdy but lightweight and easy to charge. Seriously, I would’ve been stoked to have something like this when I was a kid!
Charges quickly, only has one brightness level but changes lighting colors. Fits my books just fine. Don’t touch anything but the black side or all you’ll see are finger prints.
